I agree with Sharon. Many people have a mis conception about quit claim deeds. They think they are inferior or are used for something other than an arms lenght transfer. Not true. A quit claim is a perfectly legal way to convey property and you can purchase title insurance with a quit claim deed in the chain of title. Here’s the difference; a quit claim deed conveys whatever interest you have in the property. A warranty says the the grantor is the legal owner, has the right to convey the property and will defend against any claims made.

Most places overcharge for stringing tennis rackets but, if you need your tennis racket strung or restrung, click my name and then send me an email at either mattsaper9494@yahoo.com or mattsaper@comcast.net. I charge way less than other places and still provided fast service with great quality.
