Why are europeans so weird when it comes to facial expressions and body language?

Question by Curious: Why are europeans so weird when it comes to facial expressions and body language?
They just are different. They just have a much different look on their face when they speak or laugh for example than Americans. They look different also. Their noses are different and their eyes are too. For example women from Poland or Russia have that certain look about them. You can just point them out when you see them. Why?
