I could understand why european people get a lot of hair..northern and eastern europe is brutally cold especially in the winter and the body and facial hair keeps them warm during those times of year..but why do indians get so much hair? India is horrendously hot and tropical all year round(comparable to florida and mexico) with the exceptions of the himalayas and parts of north india in the winter. What evolutionary adaption does lots of facial and body hair serve for indians especially when it is 70-90 degrees all year round.

Considering how popular professional waxing, do-it-yourself hair remover and laser treatment is, how much facial hair is normal or are we all hair-phobic. There is obviously a big demand for this. I have heard that European women are quite hairy in comparison. Is there anyone who works in a beauty salon that can shed some light on this and how often are women having treatments?

Depends on your nationality (not to be racist, only a fact). The French and Italian women have the most hair and I’ve seen some that have made men who can’t grow a moustache jealous.

I am a resident of Michigan planning on attending a 4 years university in the state of Michigan. Schools I would like to know about are Michigan, Michigan State, Western Michigan, Central Michigan, Wayne State, and any other 4-year university located in the state.
