i have fibromyalgia and it has taken it’s toll on my skin. i am 37 and have horrible skin, it gets irritated very easy, what can i do?

sensitive skin is hard to find the right products i know because i have the same thing, and i have tried heaps. and none have helped me. So i usually use 1 egg white, and spread on my face, it moisturizes and tightens your pores, leaving you with softer tighter skin. And it is safe to use everyday.

my acne isnt that bad, i just have bumps on my face and pimples and sometimes zits.
i have sensitive skin, and i used clean and clear and clearasil and neither of them work for me, they just irritate my skin.
i want to know what products work for sensitive skin and make your skin soft also
and if proactiv really works like others say it does.

I have used clean and clear and neutrogena face wash and it ends up breaking out my skin because my skin is sensitive. Is there any acne products or natural remedies that clear acne that can be used for sensitive skin?

I have a little bit of acne on my face I really want to get rid of. But I have really seinsitive skin. Everything I try from the store though is either too strong and causes dry skin, redness, irritation,etc or isnt strong enough.

Is there anything else I can try? And skin product reccomendations that will actually work? Or any home remedies that are safe for my really sensitive skin?

I’ve heard all these things about skin care routines (clean, tone, moisturize) but I’m not sure what I should use. I have very sensitive skin and very natural products work best. My skin does not get very oily or have a lot of acne, so I don’t need anything extreme. Ideas? Thanks!
